Cancellation Policy

2. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders cancelled before dispatch are generally eligible for a full refund, subject to payment gateway deductions, if any.

Refunds will be initiated after successful verification of the cancellation request.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the logistics partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Such orders shall be governed by our Return & Refund Policy, where applicable.

4. Customized & Special Orders

Orders involving customized jewellery, personalized engraving, made-to-order products, special designs, or advance bookings are generally non-cancellable.

Manufacturing and sourcing activities begin immediately upon confirmation of such orders.

5. Cancellation by Narayan Jewellers

Narayan Jewellers reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

• Pricing or product listing errors.
• Product unavailability.
• Failed payment verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• Incomplete customer information.
• Regulatory or legal restrictions.

In such cases, customers will be notified and any eligible refund will be processed.

6. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellation refunds are generally processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Depending upon banks and payment gateways, refund processing may take approximately 7-14 business days.

7. Gold Rate Fluctuation Orders

Jewellery prices are influenced by market gold, silver, diamond, gemstone, and precious metal rates.

Orders confirmed at a locked price may not be eligible for cancellation solely due to market price fluctuations.

8. Abuse of Cancellation Policy

Narayan Jewellers reserves the right to reject future orders from customers who repeatedly place and cancel orders without valid reasons.
